An incredible experience. A truly special afternoon in a beautiful setting where every detail is carefully curated. The staff’s kindness is evident from the very beginning, creating a warm yet refined atmosphere. The food is of excellent quality, with elegant selections and well-balanced flavors that make the afternoon tea a real delight. Everything is made even more magical by the soft sound of violins in the background, adding a unique and relaxing touch. A special thank you to Kaycee, a truly kind and professional young woman, who guided us through the experience by introducing each dish with great care and expertise. Her attention and attitude definitely made our experience even more enjoyable. An experience we would absolutely recommend and hope to repeat soon. ~ Luca T

Without a doubt the most atmosphere in a place I’ve ever been and I mean that in the best way! The art, the service, the Wimbledon theme when we visited, all of it equaled one of the most fun and unique dining experiences I’ve ever had! I couldn’t tell where the art ended and the food began or if it ever was separated in the first place! Casey was the best and we would love to chat with her about our favorite Disney soundtracks all day! All the rest of the service deserves a shoutout as well. Absolutely tremendous all around and a place that we will be telling our friends and family stories of (most to be able to brag about visiting) for years to come! ~ Jared S

What an amazing afternoon tea experience at Sketch. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Our server was attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout the entire experience. The afternoon tea was beautifully presented, and every course was a delight. The desserts were absolutely wonderful, and the sandwiches were fresh and flavorful. I’m not usually a fan of mayonnaise, but the staff were incredibly accommodating and happily provided alternatives so I could fully enjoy the experience. The atmosphere, presentation, and attention to detail made for a truly memorable afternoon. I couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant afternoon tea experience in London. If you’re visiting the city, I highly recommend experiencing Sketch at least once. It’s a unique London experience with outstanding service, beautiful surroundings, and delicious food. ~ Richard R

This afternoon tea was exquisitely delightful. I came with my husband, but there were groups of families, friends and other couples. The service is very attentive and polite. Timothy, our waiter, made us feel very welcomed and ensured we had everything we could want. The food! Absolutely delicious! And the detail! The variety, the decoration, the finesse! And of course the flavors. You also could get as much food as you want, so I’d skip breakfast before coming. There was also lovely live musicians that added to the ambience. I highly recommend coming to Sketch. They also have some intriguing decor pieces around, making them unique. ~ Rachel P

What a delightful experience. Sketch is unique and charming. The afternoon tea menu is excellent - exemplary service and delicious food. They made thoughtful substitutions to accommodate our preferences and offered refills on food as well as tea. The menu included all the classics enhanced by exquisite presentation. The Gallery was such a fun place to enjoy the art and live music. They indulged the children in our party with coloring books, a special kids menu with an honey pot pastry and a souvenir bear celebrating Winnie the Pooh’s centenary. ~ Ardath W

This was so much better than we had expected. Our waiter, Timothy was phenomenal and was the most knowledgeable person about tea I’ve ever met in my life. His recommendations were spot on every single time. We got quite a lot more food than we expected, and everything was delicious The room itself and the music was great, but you definitely have to make sure you go upstairs to the bathrooms. Had afternoon tea at Sketch and it was a full experience from start to finish. The sandwiches, scones, and pastries were delicious and beautifully presented, and the staff were fantastic. The place feels more like an art gallery than a restaurant. And of course… the famous egg-shaped toilets! 🥚🚻 Honestly, going to the bathroom felt like visiting a futuristic museum exhibit. Another perfect afternoon tea at sketch. Every detail is so thoughtful and the staff are so lovely, especially our server Matthew. Every item was absolutely delicious and the gluten free option was nearly identical to the original in every way that matters. The Sketch is a wonderful place! The service is unimaginably amazing and the workers care so much for their guests! The food is so delicious and perfect for any type of food desires. The atmosphere of the room is wonderful! It is full of laughter and endless chatter. And the restrooms are something you definitely want to see! Food as absolutely incredible. We came for the Winnie The Pooh afternoon tea experience and thoroughly enjoyed every second. Service was excellent - we were served with a smile and were so well informed about all of the food we were given. Finished the afternoon with peppermint and fennel tea and were even given a ‘Happy Anniversary’ cake too! Would highly recommend. ~ Charlie H

Fantastic atmosphere. Live music by professional violinists. Welcoming and friendly service with a diverse staff. Clean tables floor and bathroom. The food from sandwiches, scones, deserts, teas were outstanding. On the pricey side but it is an experience. Also can’t be mad when you can get refills on everything. I would come back. I did have the afternoon tea at Sketch on several occasion and have always been blown away by the attention to details the place provide. The decor has changed over the years which makes every experience even more unique. The food is always excellent with friendly and attentive service. Where to begin? The host knew my name as I approached him, the ambiance was fantastic, every staff memeber was polite and friendly. Our server Sam was incredibly attentive without being overbearing. Lovely experience for my friend's 40th birthday. Everything was delicious and thr decor is lovely. Loads of tea options, and you don't have to stick to one. You can also ask for additional sandwiches. We were all stuffed and took leftovers home. Our waiter Matthew was lovely and really enhanced our experience, thank you. ~ Mo
